General Questions
- What is the Graphical Keyboard?
The Graphical Keyboard is an onscreen keyboard which provides a mouse based alternative for keying in your password, instead of using the actual physical keyboard. The Graphical Keyboard is an additional precautionary measure and protects you against malicious key logger programs especially while using public computers, such as those available in Internet cafes. For your own security please only use the Graphical Keyboard.
- Is Infinitiva, Inc a registered and legitimate company?
Yes, Infinitiva, Inc is legally registered in Belize on November 12, 2008. Incorporation documents can be downloaded from the "Company Documents" section of our website. (You must login first to access this section)
Account Questions
- How can I change my password?
First log into your Infinitiva account, select "Edit Profile" item from the menu on the right and follow instructions on that page to change the password. Please note, you will have to provide an answer to the challenge question in order to change the password.
- I forgot my password. What can I do?
Please use this Password Recovery page, enter your User ID and email address and we will send you an email with instructions on how to recover your password.
- What if I forgot my User ID?

- What should I do to help keep my account secure?

- Is my account secure?
At Infinitiva, we work to ensure your personal information is protected. We have created a page, which should help you understand the policies that protect your account and your information.
- I share my computer with someone who has their own Infinitiva account. Can both of us still use Infinitiva from this machine?
Yes, you can both use the same computer for your individual Infinitiva accounts. There is no limit on how many people can use Infinitiva from the same computer.
Investment Questions
- What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment amount is $/€ 10.00 for the Starter Plan. Please consult our Investments page for the details.
- Can I upgrade my initial Investment Plan?
Initial Investment Plan can be upgraded by the use of the compounded amount only. Upgrade is done automatically when invested amount reaches the minimum amount requirement of the next Investment Plan. This option is applicable for all plans except the Starter Plan.
- What is compounding?
Compounding is the powerful tool that allows you to earn the interest not only on the original investment, but also on the reinvestment of your daily income. You can choose all or part of your daily income to be reinvested. You are welcome to use our Investment Calculator to better understand the effect of compounding.
- How and how often can I change the compounding rate for my investment?
Compounding rate can be changed at any time without any limitations. Please log into your Infinitiva account and select "Investment Portfolio" item from the menu on the right. Locate your investment and click the
icon next to Investment's ID. Select the desired compounding rate and click "Update" button. - Which payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we accept Liberty Reserve (USD/EUR), Perfect Money (USD), AlertPay (USD/EUR) and StrictPay (USD) digital currencies.
- How can I deposit funds into my Infinitiva account?
First log into your Infinitiva account, select "Deposit Funds" item from the menu on the right and follow instructions on that page to deposit funds. Funds can be deposited through Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, AlertPay and StrictPay payment systems. Deposits are automated so you see funds in your Infinitiva account instantly.
- What is the minimum amount that I can deposit into my Infinitiva account?
While we have no minimum amount for a deposit, the minimum amount for a investment is $/€ 10.00.
- Is the principal (initial investment) returned to me at the end of the investment term?
Yes, the full amount of your principal is returned to you on the investment's maturity date.
- How often is interest credited to my Infinitiva account?
Interest is calculated and credited to your Infinitiva account every trading day.
Withdrawal Questions
- What is the minimal amount that can be withdrawn?
The minimal amount you can withdraw is $/€ 1.00
- How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?
Withdrawals are processed either instantly or within 1-6 hours after the request is received, depending on the amount requested, availability and the type of digital currency.
- Can I withdraw my investment before maturity?
The interest rates we offer on investments are based on the expectation that the funds will be with us for the full term. Therefore investors cannot withdraw their investment before maturity.
- Can I withdraw funds using a different digital currency?
No, you can only request a withdrawal to digital currency that you have previously deposited from.

- What is Affiliate Program?
Our Affiliate Program is a great way for you to make money by referring clients to Infinitiva. For more details please visit our Affiliate Program page.
- What affiliate commission do you offer?
We pay 5% commission from any investment made by your referred person.
- Is it necessary to have an investment in order to participate in Affiliate Program?
No, it is not necessary to have an investment at Infinitiva in order to participate in our Affiliate Program.
- Does your Affiliate Program provide any promotional material?
You are welcome to use our promotional material in your website for promoting Infinitiva and earning revenue.
